The service

Sorted Receipts collects, sorts, and helps you chase client documents. It assists your bookkeeping; it does not perform bookkeeping, accounting, or tax work, and its extractions are suggestions you review — you remain responsible for your clients' books.

Billing

$29 per month per practice, up to 30 clients, month-to-month. Cancel anytime; the service runs to the end of the paid period. No refunds are needed for a service you can leave in one click, but if we've clearly failed you in a billing period, ask and we'll refund it.

Your data

Your documents are yours. Our rights to them are limited to operating the service, as described in the privacy page. On cancellation you can export or delete everything.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content you have no right to process, and don't use the service to send harassing reminders — the chase feature exists to be polite and firm, not abusive.

Liability

The service is provided as-is; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll email you 30 days before the change takes effect.
